Board Meetings

The Independence Overlay Metropolitan District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors in whom rests the authority to manage, control, and supervise all of the business affairs of the District. The District's Board of Directors hold Special Business Meetings as needed.

Meeting Notice & Agenda

The next Regular meeting of the Independence Overlay Metropolitan District is scheduled for November 22, 2024 @ 6:00 p.m. and will be held virtually via Zoom.  A copy of the Meeting Notice and Agenda is available below.

Notice of meetings are posted on this website at least 24-hours prior to each meeting.

If the District is unable to post the Notice of Meeting on the District Website at least 24 hours prior to each meeting due to exigent or emergency circumstances, the Notice of Meeting shall be posted within the boundaries of the District at least 24 hours prior to each meeting, pursuant to Section 24‑6‑402(2)(c)(I) and (III), C.R.S., at the following Designated Public Place:
